DO NOT BUY WITH LENNAR!!! They will rob you blind. They LIE constantly! They will say no HOA, and sneak it into your closing documents. They are beyond dishonest and should be held accountable! They are a bunch of greedy corporate piles of garbage, who don't deserve your money! I fell for it, but please don't do what I did! IF YOU ACTUALLY are going through it, make sure to read EVERYTHING!! BEFORE YOU SIGN! I'd even recommend a lawyer. There will be fees for EVERYTHING!! DON'T DO IT!!
