We’ve been part of this community since 2022, and it truly feels like home. From day one, the staff has been nothing but friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The maintenance team keeps the grounds absolutely beautiful, everything is always so well cared for and pristine. Anytime we’ve had a service request, it’s been handled quickly and thoughtfully, which really says a lot about how much pride everyone here takes in their work. We’ve grown to love this place so much that when we needed a bit more space, we happily waited until the perfect home became available, and it was worth the wait! I’ve lived between Atlantico and Siena at Tuscany for 10 years, and it’s truly been such a lovely place to call home. The community is quiet, beautifully maintained, and dog-friendly—something that means a lot to me. The grounds are always so pretty and clean, with thoughtful landscaping that makes daily walks feel peaceful and enjoyable. The office staff has been consistently kind and accommodating, always warm and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. The maintenance team is just wonderful. They are quick, polite, and respectful. They always show up with a smile and take care of things efficiently. After a decade here, I still feel grateful to be part of a community that’s both welcoming and well cared for. It really does feel like home.

Keon, Daniela and laura are the best!. I moved here after selling a house and its been a great transition for me,my 2 dogs and my son. He has friends to be with in the neighborhood and its safe. Keon is always there to help and to make living here easy. The maintenance teams is responsive and garbage collection everyday is helpful. The property. Is pet friendly w dog parks and trails. A place for my next chapter to begin. Resort living at its best!

First and foremost the property is beautiful. Sam at the management office was very nice and helpful can’t say enough about her professionalism. Everything was A1 from the viewing to move in, Sam made our moving process fast and enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone moving to South Florida or locals to visit this gem in Delray Beach. You won’t be disappointed.
