I had such a great experience visiting the leasing office, and Adam truly made the difference. From the moment I walked in, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable and valued as a prospective resident. Adam was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right fit. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable thanks to him. If this is the level of service they provide, I can only imagine how amazing it must be to live here. Highly recommend asking for Adam!

Moved in July 2025 and everything was going smoothly until recently. I noticed what I suspected to be mold growing on my window sill, and placed a work order. And instead of cleaning it correctly, maintenance came and sprayed over it with KILZ paint. I followed up by calling the office to complain and once again they came back and did the same thing and told me it was just mildew not mold. However, mildew is still a form of mold and it needs to be properly cleaned before painting over it .

Great staff! Great location as well, close to parks and the lake if you like to go on walks! Lots of places to explore around as well and easy to access the freeway to get to Downtown Fort Worth!

I am writing this review as a tenant of a little over a week. I was first given information by Larissa who was very kind and helpful, from then on I had all affairs and communications handled by Shelby who was diligent in working with me and making sure I had all the correct information in preparation for my move-in date. On the day of move in, Corey helped me with all the move-in procedures. And while there were initially some areas of concern - including a non-functioning AC - property manager Kristin went above and beyond to make sure the issues were immediately addressed and remedied. I was concerned that my needs would be swept under the rug after I had signed the lease, but it is clear the staff at this location operates under the high standards of Greystar and work very hard to ma
