When soliciting my business as a Seller, my Sibcy Cline realtors did not discuss their 12 month contract with me. I definitely should have asked so my advice to others is to proactively compare length of contracts. Many competitors are not as restrictive so if you become unhappy or disillusioned with your representation, as I am, you don't have to wait a year to rectify the situation.
