Shreveport Ridge Apartments

I visited the office a couple of weeks ago looking for a 2 bedroom. I was desperate to find something soon for my family because we had to leave our current rental in less than a month. The manager told me there were no available units and asked if I wanted to be put on the waiting list. Although she had other customers waiting to see her, she patiently explained the wait list process and told me the timeframe and also explained why it may take so long. When I told her my full story she provided me with other places to check and provided the information to social services department and told me to check and see if they could help me with anything. Went into the office to submit an application. Office staff was nice and courteous. She answered all my questions regarding the property. We’re still looking around but based on my visit this week and referral from a co-worker, this might be a good fit for us.

Very organized and professional staff, beautiful property waiting list was a little too long for my needs but the front office manager Tamika if believe was her name, was very helpful in explaining the application process to manage my expectations based on my needs.

I visited there to check on availability. Door was close & sign of lunch break was there. So door was open at least 10 minutes after said time. I got in requested to wait rudely, checked if there any available unit answer was shockingly average wait time is 5years with no any explanation , was better just to say I don't have time & don’t come back again. Very unprofessional

Nice diverse community of one or two level apartments. They have fun community events for the kids , pool, gym, and playground. The office staff is friendly. That's very important to me.
