As a real estate agent, I’ve worked with several title companies, and SHR Title & Escorw LLC is by far one of the best. They’re responsive, thorough, and always keep my clients informed. I never have to worry when they’re handling the closing — they make me look good every time!

SHR is great I have to say! I'm a real estate professional and I alway recommend SHR to my clients because of their responsiveness and good communication. I even had a case in which my buyers chose the title company sellers recommended and then we have to switch to SHR to move forward on time. I feel lucky to find such a trustworthy partner to work with, which is pretty crucial in real estate business.

I do not recommend this title company. They incorrectly assumed we had a tax lien without doing proper due diligence. There can be multiple people with the same name, yet they failed to verify essential details before raising a red flag. This level of incompetence caused unnecessary stress and delay in the process. A title company should be thorough and professional, especially when dealing with sensitive financial matters — unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

SHR Title is very professional and efficient, documents were prepared on time, every process went smoothly just as expected. Lastly, they will answer your questions in a professional manner.
