This is a company I’d never do business with not even when times are hard. I just restarted my life and thought it’d be better to do rent to own for a couch. They wanted me to travel 30 mins to pay more than the deposit listed on the website which was fine at first. She wanted me to come back the next day to sign paperwork, but I advised that’ll be a inconvience because I didn’t drive. Monday , they were supposed to come drop the couch off by 2pm. By 1pm I didn’t get a call or delivery so I called & the first thing the lady did was ask if my phone was off… completely unprofessional and insulting to say the least. The manager says oh we have been trying to call you but you put a 8 instead of a 3 (remind you they’ve texted me before when they wanted me to come in and give them money.) so he

What can I say good about Showplace, well for one everything I've been involved with them for About maybe eight or nine years and they've always been wonderful anytime I've ever needed anything. They've been there and they've had it. I met them through my mom who was renting from them and when she passed, I took over what she had rented from them and just went on from there. I will always hold them in high regard and anytime I need something. I will call them. Thank you, Showplace.
