How time Flys. My inlaws sold there house with Joe Toth . He got them well above asking price for there house and sold it in 3 Days. He made the Sale very easy and is a true great guy. Unfortunately my mother in law recently passed and Joe sent condolences to the family. He is a True gem and Shore West is extremely lucky to have him on there team and is a role model to what a realetor should be.

We had Dan and Doreen at Shorewest for our realtors and they were fantastic!!!! The communication no matter the day or time was never a problem! We were in very good hands!!!!!!!

Had a poor experience with Sue German at Shorewest during the Fall of 2020. Very frustrating process. The sellers and selling agent took advantage of me and I felt Sue didn’t meet my needs as a first time home buyer to combat their inconsistencies. I wanted to back out, but I was threatened with a lawsuit. I felt trapped and went through the buying process anyway. I took the fall for unprofessionalism of realtors on both sides. It would be very hard for me to recommend Sue or Shorewest of West Bend especially for first time home buyers.

Had a poor experience with Mark Weske of Shorewest Realtors-West Bend yesterday. Mark showed up 40 minutes late to our viewing appointment, without apology. The Richfield property was very desirable and Mark stated he had received multiple offers. We offered appreciably over the asking price with an offer-escalation clause. Mark tried to shake us down for a new offer at our max price, while refusing to show us a competing offer, as required. We instructed our agent to stick with our original offer. Mark required our agent to resubmit our (same) offer and we assumed the negotiation was continuing. After doing so, within minutes, our agent was informed the clients had accepted another offer. Clients can choose to accept any offer they like, that's fine and as it should be. Regardless

We worked with Mark Hammen and he made the process of selling our lot easy and smooth. Our lot sold faster than I had expected and we sold for over asking price. He kept us in the loop the entire process. I'd highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to sell!
