This company is notorious to find excuses to unjustifiably make excuses to extract the maximum out of renters security deposit. They ripped off most our security deposit on flimsy charges. Watch out and do not let them rip you off from your security deposit. Please do not rent property for these people. We provided them a list of issues with the property after renting and a check-list of move in. They never bothered to fix the problems that we raised in the move-in checklist despite all the pictures sent. When we moved out we cleaned the house and kitchen equipment and painted all the room and living area walls. They still charged for painting of all house from our security deposit. In addition they charged for other things that were not an issue. They are a ripoff company.

We rented of them for about a year and a half and it was a great experience! Whenever we had an issue with the house I called Alissa and she was fast to have the problem solved! Was very respectful and always tried to make sure everything was ok! Would absolutely recommend anyone to rent off Shoreward reality!

Shoreward is a great set Real Estate agents and property managers. We use them exclusively for the buying and selling of my rental properties. Every time they have said a house would rent in a certain price and timeframe it has come true. We love this team.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I've moved around a lot and have never had such amazing landlords/property management. They really go above and beyond for their tenants, truly great people.

This is one of the most honest and amazing companies I’ve ever done business with! They are like family and so understanding! If you ever get to do business with them, I promise you that you will not regret it!
