Shores on Sweetwater

I lived here for a while and overall it was great place to live. The community was very quiet surprisingly especially considering the area. I never had issues with maintenance or my appliances. The staff were always super friendly and spoke every time they seen me. The only down side was the gate was only closed maybe once or twice during the duration of my stay but even though it was open I still felt safe. Thank you guys for being so kind!

What a lovely property and beautiful manager. The property is always clean, well maintained, and feels very welcoming. The staff is professional, friendly and truly goes above and beyond to make their residents feel at home. Any questions and concerns are handled quickly and with care. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place that feels comfortable, safe and well cared for.

I've lived here for the past couple of years and it is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Maintenance has generally been quick to respond and the rent price is good for what you get compared to other neighborhoods. I like the events that the main office hosts occasionally for families. I would recommend living here.

Just moved in! The apartment unit is beautiful. Ceilings fans are nice feature to home. The process went well, from first call to get details about community all the way to move in day. I appreciate Dee so much. She is top notch. She is professional, efficient and was pleasure to work with. I want to thank the amazing team that helped my move in so smooth. The community is quiet, clean and has everything needed. Happy to now be apart of this community I can call home

This place is soooo nice and clean!! This place is a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend living here!!! My kids and I went to the pool almost everyday when it was summer and we loved the pool. We also love how we could keep our dog!! This place is also very affordable and especially because I’m a single mom. And I also love the property manager Lorena, she is sooo sweet. But anyway, this place is great!!
