Shores Development

I have had issues with my upstairs tile flooring since i moved in 3 years ago. Shores Development has been out 6 times over the last 3 years and done temporary fixes to the grout line, which has been cracking in several areas since i have moved in. Peter said they would fix this issue. If they come out and permanently fix the rest of the cracking grout line, I will update this review. But for right now, they are not a reliable company and do not honor there word. Stay far away from Shores Development, they do NOT honor there building issues.

My experience has been fantastic. The seller is Michele Fernandez and she's down to earth, easy to talk to and will go out of her way to make your wishes come true. I have called her many times with questions and she has gotten back to me as soon as possible. I strongly recommend anyone to buy one of the houses she's selling for The Shores development. She's great and trust me you won't regret buying your dream home from her.

No Star would be more appropriate. It is very unfortunate that they don't stand behind their work, but how can they? It 's so much wrong to stand behind! The one year new home warranty is a joke. After one year of e-mails and phone calls, I am still dealing with the snakes and rats that come from the construction debris they left next to my property; The pool got repaired, repaired, repaired , and still leaking and with stains everywhere; Then there is the fence problem, the electrical problem, the tiles... This people ignore your phone calls and e-mails for weeks, then they say they are going to take care of things, and that's the end of it. Nothing gets done. Do yourself a favor and avoid aggravations. Talk to people that bought from them before you buy. No wonder they say that people l

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would! Still waiting for punch list items to be fixed. We moved in 5 months ago! I have emailed 14 times, my husband has texted/called/emailed just as much, but no one ever gets back with us. Finally have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. ALSO, there is no mail delivery to any of the houses. Shores blames USPS. USPS says Shores is responsible.
