I love the location and square footage of the apartment. The pool is nothing crazy (old apartment building had beautiful saltwater pool) and gym could be bigger. I do love the hardwood floors though wish the kitchen was more updated for the price we pay each month maintenance is okay depends on the issue sometimes it’s fixed first time sometimes takes three times of same issue to get resolved. Leasing office is very attentive with any concerns and does the best they can. They were willing to work with our unique situation and got us approved when others denied us so I am forever grateful for that! Would love a bigger and/or more luxurious pool area though!

Staff is awesome, location is good and amenities are solid. Lived here for a year and was the best rental experience I've ever had! Maintenance is also quite good and responsive!

We have lived here for 3 years now and it may be our last because we have outgrown this space as a family, but we will be so sad to leave! The community here has been so wonderful. We love the location, being so central to everything. It's so great being within walking distance of Mt. Trashmore. The Maintenance staff are always so quick to respond and very friendly. The front office has always done a great job at making us feel welcomed and they are so helpful.

I lived at Shoreline Apartments for just under eight years and was very satisfied with my entire time there. I felt very safe. They have a nice walking area around the pond…A Trail right to Mt Trashmore and you can see the fireworks right from the apartment complex, which is great!! The maintenance staff is on point and takes care of any issues very quickly. The admin staff is very prompt about getting back to you with any questions. The portal to pay your rent is very easy to use. The location is AWESOME! A couple of flaws…that I would suggest is the landscapers need to clean up after they cut the grass….they do not blow the grass cuttings away so if it is on your doorstep; it’s going to stay there. First I want to say that the ladies in the office, Dawn and Mia, are INCREDIBLE. They were so helpful for us when we first applied to get a unit here at Shoreline. The unit we wanted ended up not being available, but Dawn did her very best to notify us about another 2 bed 1 bath as soon as one opened up. They are both extremely communicative and answer any questions or concerns we have. The apartments themselves are great. The appliances are older and a little outdated, but they still work just fine. The 2 bed 1 bath is 1700 a month, which can seem pricey, but there is in unit washer and dryer, plus 24 hour access to the onsite gym and access to the pool. The location is great too, it's quiet and the people here seem very friendly. We just moved in so I'll give an update in a few months, b
