We are first time homebuyers. As such, we felt like we needed experienced professionals to look out for us and mention the things we don't even know to ask about. Dale, and the realtor who recommended him to us (Debbie Shiley of Long & Foster), have made us feel like they have out best interest at heart. Dale's written report was very thorough, and he is everything you would hope for; punctual, professional and easy to talk to. Money well spent for peace of mind!

I agree with the many reviews of Dale being a great and honest home inspector. I was referred to him by a neighbor who highly recommended him, emphasizing Dale knows his stuff and will treat you right. In my case, which was unfortunately not a vanilla home inspection, Dale was great at explaining where his services would meet my needs, and also where I should engage other professionals, such as plumbers and electricians. I am still sorting out my inspection needs but would absolutely hire Dale for a home inspection, and I appreciate the sound advice and professional referrals he provided.
