If there was a negative star... I’d give this a -4 star review... My family recently had my grandfather’s funeral in the recreation center, because both he and my grandmother lived there. The staff would not work with my family at all. They would not allow us into the facility before hand to view their television (so that we could make sure our computer hooked up properly to run the video slide show), they would not allow my Aunt to place candles on tables, and the staff argued with my Aunt at every turn. They were overly insensitive and rude to my Aunt both over the phone and in person and offered little to no assistance or support in planning, support, or execution of setting up the service. But the worst part of all was someone in the management placed flyers all over the condominium
