The location and layouts are excellent, what ruins it is the HOA. Incompetent, careless, terrible at communicating, and they might be understaffed and overwhelmed, especially after hurricane disasters. But the circumstances and 'could care less' attitude makes it an unpleasant place to live. Everything is delayed and bureaucratic, never seen so much delay for anything. (for ex., simple tenant approval took one whole month.) Many things never get addressed or done. Now I understand why many units are empty.

I live very close to this place in the neighborhood. They continue to put dumpsters on their parking lot and overflow trash onto the curb and sidewalk. They remove the dumpster and they leave their garbage sitting there for days. I’ve called Realmanage to come pick up the trash that overflowed onto the grass and it’s been at least four days with no car back and nothing done about it. I can’t imagine what their units look like.

Terrible HOA to deal with. They should do the job that they signed up for.
