We very much enjoyed our time at the house on SE 42nd. Beautifully remodeled, it was a wonderful home away from home for our family. The location is perfect-so walkable to everything and we loved being so close to the park. Shona was a pleasure to work with- she was always so responsive to our needs and requests. If ever I am in need of renting a home again, I without hesitation, I will be reaching out to Shona.

We stayed here as temporary housing while our house was getting remodeled, and it was exactly what we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a longer stay. The host was responsive, kind, and made everything really easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone needing a peaceful, reliable place to stay!

Shona was extremely helpful in helping us secure a home while renovations were happening to our residence. We have multiple pets and Shona was able to accommodate us as well as our pets in a location that didn't add too much to our commutes for work. The house was comfortably furnished and came with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I had to find temporary housing for 2 months while my home was under construction. I stayed at 6824 N Caitlin, #A and was able to find comfort, and a great place for my dog, Millie Ann and I to live during this time. The home was open, and in fantastic condition, making us feel secure and at ease while residing there. The neighborhood is walkable and friendly. The added bonus was the extra room with a sit/stand desk and monitor that made working from home easy. I really appreciated the care, support Shona provided, just a phone call or text message away for any and all questions. If I found myself in this situation again I would reach out immediately.
