I would not recommend renting here due to the old bossy smart ass manager that does not allow you to use exercising room or have internet service for TV in no shape or form. She tells the owners of the complex what to do. Mold is even growing inside some apartment. They need to be condemned due to health reasons
Shoals Mill Village is a senior apartments village. Residential only. Great neighbors! Columbiana good hometown.
Good people to have a beer and dinner with,, karaoke could stop up a bit, and only one pool table , people can change this huh
