DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT rent with this company. They are absolutely horrible. Harassment calls, hangs up on you, horrible attitudes. Litterally no professionalism. 225 Howard ave Brooklyn New York is a mold filled building with plumbing issues. Your health will deteriorate and your items will get ruined and the company doesn’t care. They must have someone working in the city because reporting to all the departments and 311 leads to no where. Don’t waste your time. Zjama Realty Corp works with them, knows, and doesn’t care

If I could vote 0 stars I would. This management company’s deception, greed, corruption, and harassment is absolutely disgusting. They are the biggest scamlords Ive come across in New York City, and this coming from someone that was born and raised here. They harass you and attempt to rewrite stories in order to paint you the bad tenant when they are abusing the power as a landlord and doing the most illegal things ever. The reviews left here are more than accurate, NEVER rent from Shine Corp Llc. 1364 Sterling Pl is literally slanted, the foundation of the building is terrible. It is infested with mice and roaches, but will they do anything about it? Absolutely not! Nor will they do a complete job on any apartment fixes requested. If anyone has filed a joint lawsuit against this company

The worst leasing company I have ever experienced in my life. Horrible living conditions, zero accountability or help, extremely rude and condescending. The office staff acts like they’re in grade school. All they want is money. Unwilling to help or listen to complaints with apartment issues. Very dismissive and childish.

HORRIBLE!!! AVOID AT ALL COST. (269 Albany Ave) -THE ROOF COLLAPSED in the bedroom -Broken floors and stairs -dirty and outdated apartments -electricity goes out during the summer -incredibly hot during winter (controlled by super) -the supervisor is never around -thin walls, loud neighbors -MOLD -if you call maintance guy, its some random guy each time. who does the bare minimun and uses the cheapest material -they lied about the apt and upcharge, when the apt is rent stablize, so beware!!! -broken window screens and refuse to replace -packages often get stolen

Not surprised to see the other reviews. After a terrible time leasing with them, and moving out 2 months ago, still waiting for my deposit. I am gathering a huge file with all irregularities and issues related to the building, please reach out about your issues ao we can bring them to court once and for all
