Shiloh Crossing Apartments

Since they changed management, this property deteriorated a lot. Pool always dirty or out of service they only clean it every Monday and by Friday it is already dirty and no one cleans it or picks up garbage. The stairs and corridors of all the buildings are dirty with garbage, leaves and more. Maintenance attends to your needs even when they want and you have to wait until they can. This property really needs the management they had before. They are not worth it, for what they charge per month you can get something much better. If you plan to move, check all your options.

Customer service is Excellent! Myra was good at responding to all my emails and phone calls. They answered all my questions and with a positive attitude every time. I didn’t get the name of the other lady that helped me out on the weekend I moved in. She was also really good.

I truly enjoy living in Shiloh Crossing Apartments. The management team, Mrs. Mayra and Ms. Jazbeth, are so professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their service is exceptional. The apartments are well-designed and inviting. It’s a great community for families.

I've been a tenant for almost 8 years now and I've really enjoyed living at this community apartment! The amenities are definitely one of the highlights. The pool is always clean and well-maintained—perfect for relaxing or getting in a few laps on a sunny day. The gym has a good selection of equipment, which makes staying on track. It is super convenient. There’s also a great playground that’s perfect for families, and the game room is a fun spot to unwind or hang out with friends. I also really appreciate how pet-friendly the community is—it’s nice to see neighbors out walking their dogs and knowing my pet is welcome too.

Would never recommend anyone to live here, it’s horrible and the pool is always dirty and never open.
