I love renting from SherzPM. They are always so great at helping us fix things we find and repairing the little things , the had our bathroom fixed up in less than 3 weeks, repaired two windows, and our washer. They are always kind, understanding and supportive.

We had the BEST experience with Sherry! We rented a house in Fergus Falls for two years, and Sherry was always quick to send someone out to fix any issues we had, and we had a wonderful and very fair checkout process (doesn't happen often with rental companies!) During our time there, they also implemented an online pay system that was super convenient and easy. I would recommend Sherz Property Management to anyone looking to rent a place in the Fargo or Fergus Falls area (or any property owners looking for a management company!)
