Sherwood Apartment Homes

We lived there almost 2 years. The apartments are new but with poor quality of finishes, the cleanliness of the complex is shameful, the people who live there don't clean after their dogs, no pest control in the common areas (spiders everywhere), no playground for kids and the pool is supposed to be open spring/summer but almost every day we received an email saying that it was closed. I saved the best for now... our lease was until March 21st and they charge us until March 31st. And believe they don't want to refund us neither answer our emails about that matter. They charged a fee as we didn't have insurance, but we do! And said they didn't receive my insurance. So if you don't want to have problems... DON'T move there!

I moved in May 2025 and I have never lived in apartments before but these apartments are the best. Heather and Dawn who work in the office are super nice and care about their residents. I would highly recommend living here to anyone. The grounds are always nice and clean and if you have any issues they are always willing to get it taken care of as soon as possible. All the neighbors I’ve spoken to are always nice and helpful.
