I’ve had a challenging experience with Sherry Rahnama, the owner of this RE/MAX franchise. Despite my clear request to terminate our listing agreement, which had no early termination fee, I’ve faced repeated delays and resistance. While I understand that each franchise is independently owned, I expected a more cooperative and professional resolution from Ms. Rahnama. This situation has not been handled in a way that reflects the level of service I expected from the RE/MAX brand. I hope that sharing this feedback will encourage a more constructive approach in the future.
