At first I thought they were hotel rooms and when I walked in one, I was comfortable right away. Maintenance workers always and I do mean always on site working hard to satisfy tenants. We are talking in minutes your problem is solved. And the appearance and smiles that they greet you with makes you so comfortable and safe. Maintenance is never too buisy for you. They will stop what they are doing and fix your problem and there were so many of them that the apartments were in tip top shape and so clean and beautiful. One of the happiest persons to live there. I don’t want to leave but I have to. They also had options for me to stay. The Managers gave you their full attention and I wasn’t even a tenant, I just moved in with my brother temporarily and I didn’t want to leave. Now that’s a hap

We had lived here since 2014, my son and I really missed Irene she was unique, we didn’t see kids running outside or causing trouble in the laundry rooms or also homeless braking in the laundry rooms as well. Will is also missed, he could get everything fixed by himself he was trained by Irene’s husband., most of all he was respectful. Since is my first post I think is fair to mention how good they were. Since then we didn’t have staff that cared, until now that this company hired good staff I was very pleased meeting Patricia Krumscheid , she seems very knowledgeable, kind and eager to help, with a warm smile, the new manager was very helpful, asking what or who we needed to see and in regards of what. I have lived here going on 7 years. Every year gets worse. Our lease clearly states we are not allowed to work on our vehicles in the parking lot. Which clearly is not enforced. Daily people are tearing apart cars in the lot. The grease is so bad you can't walk on it. I've complained to the manager and he said send him pictures? Which I have plenty of. Maintenance drives around all day and sees this activity. Either there to afraid to report them, or just don't care. It's not the tenant's job to enforce what our lease clearly states is prohibited. Also tenant's have turned our parking lot into a business. Building speaker boxes and blasting loud music. These problems don't happen at the buildings where the office is located. They refused to fix the dirty rotten floor when we moved in. Service and maintenance rarely show up and when they do they don't finish the job and somehow create a new one. The staff is not helpful at all when we did a walk through of the apt, I showed one of the employees they had roaches in the apartment and they were gaslighting me into thinking it was a fly. Flys dont crawl like that. Please avoid these apartments at all cost. You are better off being homeless they are probably less roaches in the streets than these apartments.

This property charges so much money for so little accomodations, keep in mind this is the company itself not the people in the office. Let's start with the fact that they charge rent, utilities, cam charges, pet rent, and parking fees. Now the rent, utilities, pet rent is normal. However, we don't get a parking space so why charge us to park in a space we don't get? As well as cam fees? The laundry rooms suck and the machine break down but we get charged to use those on top of the cam fees. There is animal poo all over the playground and it's a piece of junk to begin with. The accommodations are not up to par for the tenants to have to pay to use them in my opinion. They put weeds in the gardening beds because I don't think they know their plants very well.
