Sheridan Point Apartments

This place is not a place I would call home ... idk where to start ....my mom has lived there 10 yrs they did new renovations on some apartments 5 yrs ago but they just don't do anything for my mom .,. Her air conditioner has went out 3 times they never fixed it my mom's friends husband did she has had flood after flood,roaches never no property management GOIN ON 3 WEEKS now waiting on fridge her bathroom isn't safe.. .bad bad place

Apartment is completely infested with rats no this isn’t trash in my photos that was food I had on top of my fridge and they completely chewed it up along with my plates my floor my books my shoes everything rat shit every where and I called the health department to still get no help. This place is crawling with homeless and people that throw food everywhere to feed these rats. They ain’t no small rats either there’s more than 6 of them in my apartment alone and i hear my neighbors screaming about the rats too. I’ve lost so much due to this apartment so I would not live here not even if you’re homeless this place can and will kill your with the condition the renters are left to live in.

I lived here for six years and I can honestly say that it USED to be a decent place to live. Over the years management really let this place go down hill. It is overrun with homeless people who constantly harass and cause trouble for residents. Not to mention there is a pretty serious problem with drug use on the property. Roaches and bed bugs run wild to the point a certain resident had to leave a note on the office door explaining why they were tired of sharing their apartment with bugs. Nothing ever gets done because you are lucky to have staff on site maybe one day a week. Someone should really look into this place as I am sure there are numerous code violations. I truly hope that it gets better, as the long time residents of this complex are good, honest people and it's a shame that t
