Kelly and mark were absolutely awful. Their communication was terrible. No one was on the same page from day 1 when we booked our annual OC vacation. When we arrived at our condo- it was dirty, they never left us parking passes or enough bed sheets (didn’t bring them until I had to ask multiple times and 1 day after our arrival), then they never gave us the code to the steps to get to our condo. When I contacted Kelly about these issues she screamed at me then hung up on me and told me she was going to kick me and my 3 toddlers out if I contacts airbnb about the situation. The cleaning lady came to clean the day before our stay was over. Etc. nothing about this experience was positive. STAY AWAY. ITS NOT WORTH IT. We know Kelly Brown goes the extra mile for us and all her guests. I highly recommend Kelly and Sheppard Realty. They are dedicated to providing their guests with a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

Kelly at Sheppard Realty helped me find a spot last minute for a school travel weekend. We wound up staying a few extra days because the place was nice and the weather was great. (she called the owner to extend our stay last minute and it worked out) I feel like i would call her again the next time I need something because she was well versed in the area and generally pleasant to work with.

Terrible experience, our place was filthy, I wish I could post all the pics I took. I think the realtors need to check out the places they rent. You wait for your summer vacation then have to deal with this, never recommend them.

The code to access the pool did not work my son could not go and enjoy it , one of the bed was making noise anytime I move the headboard was disconnected from the frame , I did email Kelly about my concern instead of her email me back and apologize she chose not reply to my email.
