As a visitor, I can see that it's a quiet tranquil little community of residence. Although there are neighbors they can be loud deliberately provoking. And one neighbor who is so filthy dirty that when he opens the door of his apartment, it smells like a straight-up foot locker and pure Bo in the hallway. The man is so dirty the department of health and human services should really check out his property although they may want to take a biohazard suit or at the bare minimum latex gloves when entering. Crazy thing is directly above him is a very clean very neat and very orderly apartment that tenant has been there for quite a while and is quiet works and comes home clean the carpets regularly almost every 2 or 3 months constantly does their laundry keeps the house and walls clean almost as
