Definition of slumlords Your floors are concrete that they just paint gray that chip all over the place there is a roach problem that they will not take care of soon as I have the extra money I’ll be out of these apartments I do not recommend them to anybody
The apartments definitely need to be updated on the outside. The parking lot has alot of potholes. There is alot of trash in front of the apartments.
Family used to live here, property manager is very in your business and it's impressible to stay on top of repairs
