I attempted to rent a property that is located 936 NW 41st Miami Fl , 33127. Not only did I waste almost 2 weeks to hear back from the landlord . But to know that I gave all my full information and my partners information and because our currently living address is out of Miami Dade county we were denied .Bank statements were provided and we make more then 3x the rent , clean back grounds and lastly no evictions ! Maritza was the realtor that showed me the house . Even though she was very warm and welcoming to know that everyday we needed to do more for the owner and provide more information and more personal information to still get denied about my current option of living is beyond insane . This leads me to feel discriminated against and my information could be used fraudfully!!
