The apartment itself is nice, the upkeeping in management and maintenance is the problem. My apartment been leaking for years since July. Both bathrooms and the AC unit. water coming through the walls. We had 1 leak in July 2 in August in September on a Friday we had a leak so bad everybody that works for NHE clocked out and went home left the water on the floor till Monday they said they had nothing to clean it and the plumber won’t be out till Monday because they was booked. I had to pay to have someone come get the water up for the weekend myself. They had the carpet and plumber come Monday. October we got new floors carpets and base boards due to all the sewage water damage over the years and flooding that was NOT properly dealt with over the weekend. Not even a month later we are leak

Our apartment began flooding at 4 PM on Friday and, as of 7 PM Monday, the issue still hasn't been resolved. We made five calls before a maintenance worker finally arrived Friday evening. After commenting that "things like this always seem to happen at the end of a shift," he left and never came back. More calls were made, and eventually, a backup maintenance person for the apartment group came by. He assessed the situation and said a plumber had been contacted and was on the way. Later that night, a representative from Prism Carpet Cleaning and Specialty Services (PCCSS) arrived and extracted the water—only to be called back minutes later when the flooding resumed. I have resided at this property for 6+ years. The quality of service and upkeep of the apartments have went downhill TREMENDOUSLY!!! There is always frequent apartment managers and maintenance guys, ALWAYS!!! They use to make it a habit to let you know when someone new came on board, have not seen this in years. There use to be community based events that you could be apart of to voice your opinions and share your thoughts, that's obsolete also. Expect your rent to be paid on time, or expect a late fee IMMEDIATELY and if you need any repairs, expect them to get to it whenever it's convenient for them, not you the resident.
