Shelby Manor is an exceptional place to live.There are a variety of senior activities to participate in. The office staff is friendly and attends to problems and issues that arise promptly.The maintenance staff is exceptional.They are quick to respond to any problems that occur. The apartments are nice and residents are friendly.It feels like home. CB

I can say this is the best apartment I’ve lived in. The office with Lauren and Megan is excellent. They listen to you. They take care of you. The Maintenance Men, Mike, Ron and Leo are over the top with service. You can call one minute. They’re there the next minute taking care of your issue and this is not an exaggeration. I cannot say enough about the team that run this apartment complex. I am very thankful to be in this place with this kind service. Thank You

When I started to look at apartments, Riverside senior apartments of Utica Michigan drew my attention. It was clean, in good neighborhood and had the amenities that I was looking for. The ladies that I spoke with where very knowledgeable. Megan the leasing manager was very thoughtful and accommodating to my needs. If you are looking for a nice place to rest yourself after a long day, I recommend Riverside senior apartments. It is real quiet, also. It is close to stores that you may need. I have been trying to find affordable independent housing for my grandmother for a while now. Megan has been so helpful during this process and my grandmother is so excited for her new apartment! I feel comfortable with her being here because of the sense of community, the way that the staff has gone above and beyond, and the fact that my grandmother doesn't have to do anything strenuous because all of the amenities that are included. Her laundry, her mail, and her trash are available without leaving her building and the building has two working elevators. The fact that her new balcony has a view over the courtyard is a bonus! I'm happy that the women that helped raise me is finally getting the opportunity to have such a wonderful new home!

Last year I moved into this complex. I'd found it prior to moving here from another state and did research. Yes, I rented it sight unseen. I've not regretted the decision. The staff are helpful as one would expect.
