Shelby went above and beyond in walking me through home buying process. Not only was she able to negotiate a final price well below asking but she organized all the inspections and bids for unforeseen issues with the house. This was all then presented to the buyers for a final credit back. I couldn’t have achieved half the deal she earned for me if I had to do this on my own.

Although she is part of a luxury agency she made time to find my son an entry level home he could afford with my down payment assist and worked during escrow to negotiate a further price reduction after coordinating contractor bids to remedy deferred maintenance that was identified during home inspections.
