Shelby Grove Apartments

The property management team (especially Theresa and Rhonda) is very attentive and quick to respond to all needs if any. Also the team is always informative of any activities or warnings that tenants should be aware of. The property grounds are well maintained as well. Neighbors are very sweet and look out for one another. Some neighbors I met have been residents for 25 + years which speaks for itself!! I lived here 1 year after moving from another state and felt very comfortable and safe during all of my stay. Had my relationship status not changed, I would continue to stay until ready to purchase a house!!!

I absolutely love living here. It's a very quiet community. Management does not tolerate disruptive behavior from tenants. Theresa is absolutely great! I have lived here almost 4 years and the FEW times that I have had maintenance issues Rhonda was right on top of it! If your looking for a nice, quiet and calm community this is the place for you but if not please do us all a favor and keep it moving😊 Edit: 2 years later and all I can say is that this community is not the same anymore.

I've lived here for two years and just renewed my lease again. This is a great place to live. Theresa and Rhonda are friendly and professional (and always on top of things), the grounds are clean, and the community is safe and peaceful. Maintenance issues in my apartment have been rare, but when they occur they're handled quickly and thoroughly. Terrible neighbors aren't tolerated by management, so the quality of the community remains high. I truly love it here.

These apartments are tucked away. I did not know they existed until earlier this year. I’ve driven through several times at different times of the day and it’s quiet. The upgrades are really nice. In addition, Mrs. Teresa is so kind and was very flexible with my changes. She listened to my request and worked with me. I planned to get a one bedroom at Shelby Grove for my daughter and I, trying to save money. However, I ultimately decided that a 1 bedroom is out of the question and I must have 2. Because of this, I decided to move near Lakeland with more square footage for less than the cost of a 2 bdrm here. However, Shelby Grove is now on my radar. They really are worth looking into.

We have lived here for years, great place to live and the staff is top notch. Theresa and Rhonda run a tight ship, they make sure everything runs smoothly and gets taken care of. The property is safe and clean, and I don't worry about my daughter playing outside. Everyone knows their neighbors here and we look out for each other. We enjoy living here and have no plans to move until we are ready to buy a house.
