Love working with Kiann and Laura at Sheffield & Boatright Title Services, LLC.  They are both so knowledgeable and will do whatever it takes to help in getting a transaction to closing.  We have been working with them on numerous transactions over the years and they never disappoint.  Truly awesome service.  I highly recommend them to anyone considering title services.

Joleen takes a whole week off for vacation (which is fine- everyone needs a vacation from time to time) but you have one job. She manages to fail at sending the wire transfer information days before we close. My husband had to follow up and ask for the wire transfer info THE NIGHT BEFORE CLOSING yet still nothing so on THE DAY OF CLOSING he asked for it again since we can't close until we send the money. Please tell me why we had to go to this kind of unnecessary stress? Go on vacation, live your life! But please make sure your "work" is done and or have one of your colleagues "take care" of your work for you if you're not going to be around. This is just so unprofessional and my husband has been so nice and patient but I can't stand to see him get frustrated and stressed out over things l
