There some problems that Sheepco execs knew nothing about. As son as they were aware--I mean with an houe--the CEO called and we got the solutions started. The a/c guy came out that day and I had a fully functioning unit. It has taken a bit of time to comeplete and get permitted dued to scheduling conflicts, but all seems well now. I am waiting on the results of the permit inspector, but I do not see any problems.

Simultaneously buying a new home while selling your current home is not for the faint of heart. Ryan Hiebsch and his team at Sheep Co. made our experience seamless! Sheepco Holdings was the seller of the house I bought in 2019. The posting indicated a new roof. Due to a family death I am moving to be near another family member out of state. I am selling my house. I have lost several buyers due to NO Permit on Clay County Files for the roof placement. This Permit indicates to insurance companies that the roof compliant with the 2008 roofing criteria requiring wind mitigation proof or simply the roof will not blow off the house during hurricane force winds. Insurance companies will substantially discount the home owner's insurance showing a permit on file on any roofs or building structures built passed 2008.
