Shawnee Grove Apartments

Lived here for 3 years. Everything has been fine. Updates are made constantly. Corporate checks apartments frequently. They keep up with hud standards. My advice for neighbors is stay to yourself and they will be great neighbors cause your not interacting with them.

I applied for an apartment & spoke with Maria about availability. She told me they would have availability toward the end of October, beginning of November. So, I paid the application fee for two people, filled out the applications which took me about an hour, provided check stubs & bank statements as requested by Maria. I emailed her many times needing more information about rent & first months deposit. She never emailed me back. In the middle of October I emailed again asking for the same information. A different lady emailed me back saying Maria no longer worked there & that they didn’t have availability until the end of November.. so I asked again for the rent & deposit pricing which I never got a response. I finally called the office & left a voicemail hoping someone would answer my q

Great place to live. Yard work taken care of by mgmt. All maintenance done by mgmt. Water paid. Total electric units. Washer, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher are all included. Playground. Picnic area. Garage. Air condition. Garbage disposal.

Nice, but parents don’t watch their kids so always in road, also excessive amount of unnecessary inspections ALL residents are annoyed by having their time wasted on them , they seem more like a way to intrude and snoop and accuse residents of things with zero proof ,I’ve lived here since it opened , don’t apply if you like privacy
