Sharps Landing

My experience at Sharps Landing/Pavilion has been pleasant. They supplied alot of my lively hood needs. Maintenance was great. Their hospitality and personal was great. My reason for leaving was only wanting to downsize to smaller unit. Anyone looking for a nice place to live with spacious closets check out Sharps Landing!!

If you are looking for a Good Apartment Complex to live at Come stay at Sharps Landing APARTMENTS. I would definitely give them a 10 out of 10 at the Front Office. Maintenance gets a 8.75 out of 10. I’ve lived in this area for 2 years and I’ve seen the police about 5-7 times which isn’t alot cause that’s 730 days= 2 year. 2 Bedrooms 1 1.5 bathroom. washing machine and dryer in master bedroom. I’m telling you it’s worth it.

Hey all! Currently live in sharps landing and my lease ends here soon (thank god). Posting as a PSA to NOT live here. From day one we’ve had problems with the apartment. Are washer and dryer are constantly breaking just to get replaced by a crappy used one and break a week later. Not to mention the contractors come up in your house with zero prior notice. I had 5 dudes just walk into my house while my wife was home alone in the shower. Not a single sealed window or door in the house expect high electricity bills and loads of bugs. My cat got fleas and continues to get fleas from the apartment no matter how much we bug bomb or put powder in the carpets. They were charging us 300$ sewer bills every month and we never got our money back after they “fixed the water meter”😭 I haven’t been able

My name is George and I reside in building 133. I have signed my 3rd year lease and in doing so a flash back of the day I first signed for the first year. Miss Tasha is who gave me the chance at starting this new beginning and chapter here at Sharp's Landing. I have been very happy and most of all safe here. Everyone in the office takes pride in her job. Miss Tasha has been known to go even past what is expected. For that I am greatful. Thank you

Not a great living experience. Management is terrible they do not communicate well once your moved in, nor do they respond to maintained request. My apartment was terrible when I moved in , no ac, the tub was awful, and I've seen roaches since the first night. I strongly do not suggest living here especially if you have children.
