All I can say is run as fast as you can. I tried my hardest to not leave any reviews or anything until my deposit was returned and everything was good. But baby today was the day I just said enough. I called the corporate office, I emailed the corporate office, spoke with regional manager, and office staff. No resolution. I would have been fine with paying half and them paying half because I understand it’s hard out here for everyone. When I moved in my apartment was not freshly painted and had several issues. We accepted it with the issues it had because we needed somewhere to live. Vinyl was torn. Carpets were stained and I mean badly stained. I lived at their apartment community Harmony Apartments in Columbus, Ga. My security deposit was deducted for prorated rent and paint. I was told

I had such a great experience with Alyssa during my tour! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly the entire time. She took the time to explain every detail clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell she really cares about helping people feel comfortable and informed. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly made the difference for me.

Lisa was very kind and helpful with assisting me around the property, and communicating with me during the process. Move in was swift and the apartment was ready on time, and cleaned properly. The amenities are definitely a plus.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience living here! The community is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly, professional, and quick to help with any maintenance requests. The location is convenient from Mall, Stores and the apartments are quiet, comfortable, and nicely updated. It truly feels like home, and I’d highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live. This is Second time around here first time was 5 years stint and now back again. I’ve had good experiences with the workers here. The young lady Alyssa really helped me when it came to hearing my problems and providing solutions. Also Zay for helping with pretty much all of my work orders that I put in. Hoped they keep up the good work.
