This was my first experience selling a home, and I was diligent in meeting with realtors beforehand to find the appropriate fit. We cannot say enough good things about the amazingness of Curt Fish and Sarah Bourgoin -- two of the realtors at this office! Our property sale just closed this week, and there were many challenges along the way. Plus we were selling from out of state, and never actually got to meet the realtors in person. Sarah and Curt guided us through every step, communicated clearly and frequently, did everything possible to get every single challenge resolved, and they went above and beyond (like removing some gross trash that was left behind on the day before closing). Curt and Sarah helped us sell our home and purchase our new home. They were on top of matters the entire time. Super knowledgeable down to the wood that was used to build a house. They picked up on things that we would’ve never thought of. If you’re buying or selling these are the people you want on your team.
