Been renting with them for 7 months now and I have had nothing but good experiences so far. Anytime i have any maintenance concerns they send someone out either the same day or next day to get the issue resolved. I wouldn't pay any attention to any of the negative reviews seems like they didn't read there contract properly. I highly recommend renting from them.

Thank you Shamrock!! ☘️ My husband and I rented a home from Shamrock Properties for 4 years while looking for the perfect home to purchase. My husbands job has caused us to move A LOT in the past, and a lot of moves = same amount of new rental companies to deal with. Shamrock was fantastic from the application process all the way to move out. Always very quick to respond when an issue arrived, which was few, and far between, and when there was an issue, repair was done promptly! Another thing to note, is the caliber of their properties. By far the cleanest, most well maintained properties we saw. You won't go wrong if you go with Shamrock for your rental property needs.

Lori has been amazing!!! We had a last minute move and she accommodated us so quickly and worked very hard to make sure we were able to move on time!! They made the process super easy and painless.

Rented a duplex with Shamrock for almost 4 years. Moving in and moving out processes were easy, and they worked with me when I ended up moving out a little bit early. Maintenance requests were always taken seriously and dealt with on time. I wouldn’t mind renting with them again

Lori is incredible and went above and beyond to meet our needs I would highly recommend dealing with her on your next rental adventure !! We went to look at a place we scheduled an appointment for and it was not the one we wanted , we had one more we wanted to look at but knew we would have to make another appointment. Instead of making us schedule another appointment she took us straight over to it! This was the one we loved and she sent us the lease paperwork the same day! She then allowed us to go back a second time before our lease started to measure the rooms for furniture! This is going to make our move in flawless we got our furniture on order so it’s available for the day we move in! Thank you so much Lori for going above and beyond!
