Moving to Shadowmoss Point Townhomes has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From day one, the entire office staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel truly at home. It’s rare to find a community where every single person you interact with is friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in your comfort, but that’s exactly what you get here. The leasing and office team are absolutely incredible. They’re attentive, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile, no matter how small the question or request. You can tell they care about the residents and take pride in the community they manage. The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained, but what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Jenny, Jen, and Nichole are absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcomed and taken care of. Any time I’ve needed help or had a question, they’ve been quick to respond, professional, and genuinely kind. We very much enjoy the natural surroundings of the trees, the pond and all the wildlife which also live here.

I have lived here almost 3 years. Has a salt water pool which is so nice w/ a small gym. Its quiet and we'll maintained. The staff is amazing, friendly, ontop of everything.

Great location and most of all great staff. They truly care about their residents, and Palms Associates cares about their employees. Property feels like a community, not just a place to live.
