It has been over 4 months since we moved in here and our experience so far has been great. The community is safe and quiet, with no parking issues or any other common issues. The maintenance and management staff is amazing, especially Lily, who is highly approachable and solution oriented. Our issues are usually resolved within a day or two. Our apartment is spacious, well ventilated and has good sun exposure at all times of the day. Amenities are accessible and well maintained! Campbell downtown, Pruneyard and lot of good restaurants and grocery stores are at a walking distance. Overall, we are quite happy here!! Campbell in general is lovely and has a lot to offer!

I lived in this community for 5.5 years, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. I never had any issues during my time here, and the maintenance team deserves special recognition — they are always responsive, professional, and even available in the middle of the night if you need them. The staff truly care about the residents, and that makes a huge difference. If I hadn’t moved out of state, I would have gladly continued living here. This place has been more than just an apartment — it’s been home for me for so many years, and I’m truly grateful for that.

Five stars for the best staff! The leasing office, led by Property Director Lily, has been incredibly supportive and cooperative with every question and request I've had. They are of great help! Also, Efrain is the best maintenance person—he is efficient and always gets the job done right. Their dedication makes living here a great experience.

When I moved in, the apartments hardwood floors were in poor condition and required professional cleaning. The windows and window frames were also very dirty and clearly had not been cleaned prior to move-in, which was disappointing. The paint throughout the unit is of low quality and easily damaged by water and everyday contact. Plumbing issues were a concern—while it only happened once, my bathtub inexplicably clogged with food debris, something I’ve never experienced in any other apartment. The toilet also clogged frequently. There was a persistent issue with small black bugs that seemed to be attracted to moisture. They regularly appeared around sinks, tubs, and other water sources. The windows suffer from excessive condensation, which led to mold growth over time. Additionally, the

Absolutely love living here! It's quiet, clean, and well maintained. All the amenities are always clean (gym, laundry rooms, pool, package locker). The staff is great! The leasing office and management are super responsive and kind. They always make sure you get what you need and are happy to help. They made the move in process for both of the units we've lived in go smoothly and answered all our questions quickly. Maintenance always fixes what you need in a timely fashion and are super friendly. They've exceeded expectations of making sure your home is what you want it to be. The units are spacious and have great layouts. The area is great with downtown Campbell and the Pruneyard in walking distance. I always feel very safe in this community. Highly recommend Shadowcreek!
