Living in this apartment complex has been an absolute joy. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy and sense of community. The spaces are beautifully designed, well maintained, and filled with natural light, making every day feel comfortable and uplifting.

If I could I would give them a zero! Let’s start with the picture that’s posted. Is a lie! The apartment is outdated inside & out! The ground isn’t maintained at all. Maintenance is horrible. They only fix issues when you first move in and you’re lucky they do that. My a/c was not properly working from May 2025 / August 2025 before they even brought replacement window units, when units “suppose” to come with central air/heat. I didn’t have a working stove for 3 weeks until I replaced, not them. I never received my refrigerator shelves. They bought me a total of five used washers and dryer that never properly worked. Two of the washer and dryers caused flooding and they refuse to replace the flooring. Also leaky roofs if you stay on the first floor, good luck! Buy an umbrella. I wouldn’t re

Do not believe any of the positive reviews. They are fake. This property is horrible and management is even worse. Units leak, ACs don't work, doors don't safely shut, windows are all broken and cracked. Trash everywhere, nothing is maintained, grass never cut and instead of fixing units, they decided to build a whole new random single family house in place of where there office used to be...

my experience with this complex was absolutely awful. abe is a terrible property manager, i hope he got fired. we were told to not contact his number after we got situated and to only contact the maintenance team, which NEVER STOP BY. it took multiple attempts to get someone to fix our ac. there are vines growing in other units because nobody there is certified to fix them. also, everybody pays a different amount of rent. there are some units who are charged 1.5k and others charged 1.6k. their Zillow at the beginning of apartment hunting had lied and said they only charged 950. they recently started charging for water which is nowhere in our lease. i feel bad for the maintenance team because they're all good workers but work under shady management. i saw another review that mentioned the s

PLEASE READ!!! The landlord is outright running off with your security deposits and not looking into your best interest what so ever. I moved out Feb 2024 and it is July.. enough is enough completely ignored after fully cleaned apt and moved out with over $2K in security deposit. I regret cleaning the place so well let alone trusting this guy from the start. The bare minimum is done and my apartment building had black MOLD on it which was deceptively painted through after the last move in. I would cough for months on end living here I do not recommend even if the prices are cheaper then elsewhere. The landlord (based in NY) has already proven to commit security deposit theft among many of the residents. This place is managed in a way that is NOT in your best interests as something is boun
