The leasing office is always so nice and helpful. Also, the maintenance handles request on time. And I always feel safe have never had any problems

Renewing my lease for another year, they are fare here, love the location, and although a bit dated, they have been well kept. The woodsy like feel of the complex I love the most. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and understanding. Hope for more years to come.

I emailed at the end of April requesting to tour the first Sunday in May (website says tours are available by appointment only on the first Sunday of the month). I received no response. I was off work last week and went by. The office was locked. I called yesterday. The recording said tours are by appointment only but the office is staffed. This explains why I was not able to see any units last week, however, there was nothing posted on the door at the leasing office and this is not posted on the website. I left a message inquiring about availability for a 2 bedroom apartment and asking to tour this Sunday (first Sunday in June) and received no call back. I called again today. Left another message with the apartment inquiry and again, my phone number and name and request to tour on Sunday.

After living there for two years, they never fixed the water pressure in the kitchen sink and never fix one of the windows that didn't lock (we even use cellphones as cameras when we leave for vacations). Service was fine sometimes but they took forever for simple fixings as it was the kitchen light, and a problem with the bathroom floor. Now on the moving we sadly break a wall with the bed mattress, to our surprise those photos prove what we find out that the wall was completely covered in mold. Now they are saying it is moisture and that I use the wrong materials to fix it. The truth; that black mold is really bad for some people, they should make that wall in full.

I have lived here since 2013 and have stayed for the price and location. I did have a problem with mold in the beginning but it was because I would turn my ac off and the apartment would get humid from it. They're old apartments and there are some holes and rips throughout the apartment but it worked for me as a college student that was living alone. The neighbors were horrible when I first moved in but now are a lot better. The new management Dorthy is great to me. Any time I had an issue, the old landlord was not very helpful but Dorthy is the complete opposite. Since her, I have a new shower head, garbage disposal and she fixed my door (without being asked). I would recommend living here if you are single or on a low budget. It is 7 minutes to a movie theater and 10 minutes or less to t
