Shade Tree Apartments

The units are in fair condition and there seamless floors are great. The website to pay rent is atrocious, I cannot update my payment method because the screens overlap, hiding the part to enter address information. The website in a whole is horribly built. The property manager Carmin is extremely lazy, it is impossible to get ahold of her let alone get her to actually do her job. I honestly don’t know how she has made it this far without getting fired for neglecting her responsibilities as the property manager.

These apartments are nasty. I was there in 2022. Do not rent from them. They lie like dogs. The manager back then was Carmen. She could barely read and count. The dishwasher didn't work and the stove was filthy. It could be a nice place to live if they would clean and fix things. The manager was so rude and ugly to towards the tenants. Don't let them lie with their fake comments. Pretending to be former tenants. Beware and warned!!! Do not rent from Shade Tree Apartments. Not worth the hassle or drama.

Ms Williams, as far as our record show, you were a resident in the property prior to the new ownership. I don’t think it is fair to post such a comment from 2 1/2 years ago. Now there’s a new ownership and Management that takes care of the property very well. Plus, the manager is perfectly trained and qualified.

I've lived at Sunrise Apts for 2+ years...management & maintenance are professional, responsive & quick to take care of anything needed. I am glad I found these apartments; the rent is fair, & location is perfect.

I just found this site. You said to the last post that you have taken care of all the problems you are aware of. Have you driven across the parking lot? There are plenty of windows that need replaced due to condensation between the double panes. When I complained in October I was told that they weren't being replaced. There is often construction debris in the dumpster. How about putting up security cameras so you can put a stop to it. The cost of trash removal is included in the residents' utilities. Security cameras might help eliminate the unscooped dog poop, too. I hate walking to the mailbox.
