We purchased and built our home with Shaddock, and we recently had an issue with our driveway. Upon notifying Shaddock, Mike Brown and John Jay (JJ) immediately responded to me to seek more information about what the issue was. Within one week of explaining the situation and providing photos, Mike and JJ had arranged for a nearly full replacement of my driveway. They managed the project flawlessly to ensure the work was done correctly with high quality. Upon completion, they returned to check every little detail and then brought in landscapers to make sure that my yard was in perfect condition all the way up to the edges of my driveway.
