I live on Pine. Someone broke the call box in November 2025 and it still isn’t fixed and it’s February 2026 almost March. I called and they made a bunch of excuses about how they’re investigating who did it. Meanwhile, you can no longer receive a package or delivery if it’s not from USPS so your takeout, your Amazon package, or DHL FedEx or UPS package has to get sent to your workplace or else you are out of luck. No one can be buzzed into the building. For weeks even residents couldn’t get in without calling the resident manager. Some of us work late night shifts and we’re locked out until we could rouse the poor manager who got no sleep for weeks. They have a scammy washing machine that requires extra funds for warm water, but won’t let you add the funds. It just spins endlessly and nev

The rental approval process was confusing due to automated emails and the unusual requirement to pay a deposit before signing the lease, which was especially difficult to navigate from many miles away. Had it not been for Lori's assistance, we probably would have went a different route.
