Sewells Park Apartments

I lived here from March 2025 to January 2026. I had to leave before my lease ended April 2026, because I just could not tolerate how this Corporate company was treating me. Miss Tyesha and Miss Sasha in the leasing office are WONDERFUL, but the Corporate office and the big company that owns Sewell’s Park Apartments is ATROCIOUS. They did not treat me right despite me being a perfect tenant and paying my rent on time. From the moment I moved here it was headache after headache. The initial apartment I applied for was not available when I showed up for the move in process (drove 4 hours with a giant u haul truck) so I had to wait a week while they got everything ready and prepared for the unit they showed me was available for me to sign a lease for. I came here yesterday because the last apartment I was looking at and reserved was giving me very inconvenient issues and not wanting to help me out and then I that same day went and cancelled my reservation I have had with Admirals Way. The whole reason I was also cancelling because I was being treated by admirals way as if they were not wanting to help me and not even considering my business. I came to Arbor Pointe, they had some good apartments but they didn’t have a 1 BR I was looking for. Sarina there directed me to their sister hand in hand apartments called Sewells Park. This is a nice property but I’m looking for a 3bd. However , the leasing agent Sasha is fantastic! She walked me through a unit and told me all about it. Gave me the run down, she was great. Definitely ask for her if you’re looking

I’ve been here for almost a month now and I absolutely love it. Management is great! Apartments are clean. Community is quiet. Highly recommend. I came to this apartment complex because of the reviews and was not disappointed.

Quick move in and great Leasing office experience. Leasing consultant Tyesha was awesome and helpful. Great price for a 1 bedroom unit and location to the near by Naval base helps. 5 stars 🤩
