Great Staff they were nice and everyone spoke. They were knowledgeable to any questions I asked. Even though it was 30 minutes to closing Jasmine and the other staff members made sure I was taken care of and was given a tour. Unit was clean, property was clean and well maintained.

Miserable experience. There is trash everywhere - every bin is flowing onto the sidewalk every week. People let their dogs run around and there's dog poop in almost every grass patch on campus. I complained twice about my neighbors and their dog which barks all night because it lives in the garage beneath my apartment. Same neighbor open the garage door just enough to let the dog roam around the neighborhood and it already came at my kids when I let them out of the car. The gym has been closed for over a month because 1 single device was defective, and they didn't want anyone using it. - Bad management. I have nails that keep popping up in my stairs of my apartment = cheap construction. There is not enough parking. Only a few non paid parking spaces in the whole complex. Most parking is

Stay Away from This Place.... It has been a disaster at this place; I do not even know where to start. .... If I can give this place a negative zero I would. So, let's start with the property, it is decent looking but don't let the outside fool you. This place has gone downhill. The walls are very thin, and you can hear all conversations. Music so loud and doors slamming so hard it rattles my entire front room and kitchen area. Grilling on property whereas the smoke goes inside the home is a health and safety hazard. The smoke is so close to the apartments, that the smoke travels into your home very strongly. The main issue i am currently having is the mice everywhere around the property, underground and inside my home. Trash, roaches, you name it they have it. Dog poop eve

Seaville and Clay Crossing has changed my mind about apartments. I grew up in apartments and I’m 53 years old now. Always hated apartments because of the noise the foul cooking smells from neighbors and the poor service and maintenance of the complex. However, this place is ran, wonderfully, the staff goes out of their way to help you. The maintenance staff comes the same day or the day after a maintenance request is made!!! They are courteous, professional, and hard-working! The office staff is friendly, competent, and diligent. I can’t recommend these apartments enough. ❤️❤️❤️ Now, if you find the perfect apartment complex, don’t move there and screw it up. 😆
