Seventh Hill Estates

I’ve had a great experience living in this community. The upgraded features throughout the unit really make it feel modern and comfortable, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into maintaining the property. One thing that really stands out is the responsiveness of the property management team. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly and been very helpful. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and any concerns are addressed efficiently, which makes living here stress-free. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live and I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the level of service from the management team. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-maintained and professionally managed place to live.

Seventh Hill Estates are modern, quiet and up to date. We are in the Bigger Cottage Style apartment unit and it is perfect (2BD 2 full Bath). Washer and dryer are in a separate room that you can shut the door to. Nice appliances, quartz countertops!!

Welcoming, quiet community high above old downtown Slinger. Clean, safe unit with well thought out floorplan. One story or multi-story units with separate garages. Great for seniors.
