Seven Twelve Lofts

We’ve been here three years. This place is a never ending nightmare and management isn’t on site so they don’t care. Do not live here. It has brought us nothing but frustration working with this company and this apartment complex.

I love living here. Lindsay is very helpful and kind when I need to put in a work order.

I had high hopes for this apartment given the steep rent, but I’ve been thoroughly disappointed. Despite the high price, the building offers barely any amenities. There's no gym, no pool, and the common areas feel neglected and outdated. On top of that, the maintenance is practically non-existent. For the price, I expected a much better living experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they make significant improvements in both amenities and maintenance.

Martino group is so mean. The washer in my unit does not work well and they sent technicians who were not able to solve the problem at all. And they threatened me saying that "Please just be aware that if there is nothing wrong with the washer you will be charged for the work order." They should be kind always and be responsible for all the problems in the apartment. The wall is paper thin as well. The hall way is always so dirty with trash, dirt and dead bugs. They don't clean it frequently. Maybe once a month? And when I first moved in here, I requested for the maintenances several times on the website, but they never responded at all and they never came. I want to move out as soon as possible.

The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The open floor plan allows for plenty of natural light, and the attention to detail in design is evident. The kitchen is a dream, with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space. Plus, the in-unit washer and dryer have been a real convenience.
